Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

No. Juni Paw Co. currently ships within the United States only.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and location.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this number to follow your package’s progress at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We may be able to assist if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately with your order number.
Once an order enters fulfillment, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

How do I request a return or exchange?
